Tech female leaders

New EdTech Skills Pvt Ltd, a NSDC partner company brings forward the idea of 75 Tech Female Leaders to celebrate the spirit of 75 AZADI ka Amrit Mahotsav. The idea is to identify 75 female candidates to transform them technology leaders in domain like AI, Machine Learning, Data Science and Digital Marketing.
The program is based on HIRE-TRAIN-DEPLOY Model.

Tech female leaders

The program is not merely providing training but its embedded with employment based on the principle of HIRE-TRAIN-DEPLOY model. NESPL through its initiative newjobs.ai tied with corporates looking for Tech workforce and signed up to supply trained and industry ready women professionals. The trained candidates will be trained as per NSQF framework with a bridge program as per need of industry. The training post hiring will start from 14th August 2022, on the eve of 15th August when we complete 75 years of independence. This is a tribute to the idea of Hon’ble Prime Minister to celebrate this year as Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav

Confirmed job

This is not about placement support but hiring for a particular job and thereby training to deploy on job. Every candidate shall get job offer letter at the time of admission

Only registration fee

Candidates will only have to pay INR 10,000 for the program out of total Fee of 40-50 K as per program. The rest shall be paid through the salaries post deployment.

HIRE

Out of 150 candidates, 75 to be Hired under the program on or before 10th August 2022.

DEPLOY

Trained candidates to be deployed to the industry on or before November 2022.

Blended model of training

Every candidate will be allocated a training academy where training will be delivered through blended model of training. Every batch will have two trainers. Master trainer via virtual classroom and one facilitator trainer at training academy.

Freedom to attend

Candidates can attend the session at the Training Academy and also from anywhere by joining the virtual classes. The session delivered once will be available 24X7 as e-content for the candidates

After Hiring, Candidates to be trained as per NSQF with bridge program to suit job profile for which candidate is hired.

Post deploy

Candidates will be supported for 3 months through weekly online support sessions regarding any help is needed to upskill. On completion of 3 months candidates will be given JOB CARD to extend the support for ONE YEAR

Benefits for Marginalised Communities

40% out of 75 candidates, will be from marginalized communities namely Economically Backward, SC/ST and Minority.

These candidates will get 20,000 scholarship upfront

That means they don’t need to pay anything for the training

Rest of the Fee, they will pay from their salaries post joining on job.
